We continue to host special events: family reunion tours, private tours, birthday tea, afternoon tea, bridal showers and baby showers. We welcome researchers, especially academic research and college interns. We are open by appointment.

Saturday April 26, 2025 from 2 to 5 (drop in is fine!) Park Day is a nationwide event day organized by American Battlefield Trust to support historic sites through service. Our afternoon will consist of light garden work and free abbreviated tours of the museum. Please bring garden gloves and any garden tools you can easily bring with you. If you can't make it out, please consider a donation towards repairs and landscaping maintenance/improvement. See battlefields.org for more information.

 Beat the heat on a cool bus ride! Oakley Park Museum will be hosting a summer historical homes bus tour in Edgefield and Trenton. The tour will be held on Saturday, July 22nd and will last approximately one hour and 15 minutes. Tours at 9, 10:30 and 12. Contact Autumn Becker at (803)-480-3369 to reserve a space for yourself or make it a day out with friends and family. Limited space available, reserve today! $25 dollars per ticket. All proceeds go towards museum maintenance.

Thank you to the local Graniteville Young Men and Young Women of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (LDS) for volunteering their Saturday morning to take care of several projects at Oakley Park Museum! Painting & cleaning historic structures to protect them for many more years. Also, sorting through antiques and vintage items to prepare for upcoming Peach Tree 23 Yard Sale.
